Senior Developer with a solid experience working in the .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server required to join my market-leading client based near Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
The Senior Developer will work as part of a talented and forward-thinking team who are responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing browser-based point of sale applications.
The essential skills for this Senior Developer position are:
• Previous experience developing software in a Software House or supplier environment
• Extensive experience of developing commercial applications in a .NET environment
• Solid experience of C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms)
• Strong experience of Web Services, XML,XPath, XSLT and CSS
• Experience developing in an OO / SOA development environment
• Proven experience managing projects through the whole development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team in a fast paced environment
As the Senior Developer your role will focus around solution design and development and will involve:
• Developing software components within an agreed time-frame
• Contribute to the design solution
• Provide estimates on work
• Conduct quality reviews
• Report progress
